Federal Lawsuit—5:25-cv-09710-NC was filed in Florida on October 31, 2025, now transferred to the Northern District of San Jose, California.

In my experience, the public is not being told the full truth on the privacy violations that are occuring daily, while selling us services that only provide a false sense of security. Due to gag orders and secracy mandates, these companies are allowed to market that they’re selling us privacy—promises that, in practice, are categorically fraudulent.

Any support will help make it possible for me to see this through, while continuing this work in the future to fight for transparency, and our privacy rights that affect all of us.

Thank you very much.
